We welcome you to Salt & Sill and our restaurant with pier serving and windows with sea views that gives an almost unreal proximity to the sea – a changing spectacle during the year.
Ever since the start in 1999, the menu has been strongly influenced by local ingredients from the coast and sea. The size of our dishes is adapted to fit into a modern “sharing meal”, where each dish comes to your table as soon as it is cooked and invites you to share it with you and your friends while waiting for the next dish to arrive at the table.
Feel free to ask us for help in making your choice of number of dishes, flavors, and nice drinks in addition.
The menu below is served every Saturday and Sunday between 12.00 – 15:00 and evenings Friday and Saturday between kl. 16.00 – 20.00.
Other weekdays in May we are open but we serve the evening’s 3-course menu.
