Salt & Sills restaurant has one of the west coast’s absolute best locations. Jetty serving and windows with sea views provide an almost unreal proximity to the sea – a changing spectacle during the year. Here you enjoy fish, shellfish and the specialties ‘Sillplankan’ and “Klädesholmaren” which have contributed greatly to the archipelago restaurant’s international recognition and lift herring as a food experience. Ever since the start in 1999, the menu has been strongly influenced by local ingredients from the coast and sea.
