Training boost with Sara April 13

Finally, it’s time again for a training boost with Sara Johannisson!

A day filled with training and fellowship. The day starts with a gentle Fascia flow session, where we start up the body, mobility and trunk control. Then we continue with a little more heart rate raising, according to your own ability.

We enjoy coffee and lunch at one of the west coast’s best locations, Salt och Sill on Klädesholmen. If you want to take a break from exercising, you can sit down with a cup of coffee by the fire while enjoying the changing waves of the sea outside. The sessions will be outdoors, weather permitting. Except for Zumban and the last yoga session where we will unwind in a quiet environment.
