3-course Mother’s Day meal

Cold green pea soup

Served with fresh sorrel, nettles and crispy wild garlic, as well as a goat’s cheese and pickled carrots.

Bouillabaisse stew

With fish, hand peeled shrimps, organic mussels from Orust, a springy crudités salad with wild garlic and a fresh orange aioli and potatoes.

Mousse on Höganäs chocolate

Topped with roasted chocolate and marinated berries and meringue.

AW i Sjöboden & early summer quiz i Saltbaren – May 24th

At 5 pm we open the doors to Sjöboden, where we serve delicious pizzas and salads from our buffet for SEK 195 per person. It will be possible to order takeaway food and snacks during the evening in the Sjöboden.

For those who want to eat before the quiz starts, book a table at 17:00-18:00.

At 19.00 everyone is welcome to come over to the Saltbaren where we run our early summer quiz with Laban. Laban will, as you all know, offer a wonderful quiz with lots of fun music questions. You don’t need to book a table for the quiz, it’s only drop in.

For those who want to show up later on AW book a table at 19:00-20:00.

Let good drinks fill your glasses, enjoy delicious food and come celebrate the weekend with us and good friends or colleagues! When the weather is nice, we also open up the outdoor seating area. Open from 17.00 to late.
