Celebrate Valentine’s Day with us at Salt & Sill, where the calm of the sea meets the warmth of the indoors. At Klädesholmen, in the middle of Bohuslän, we create a nice and relaxed setting for the evening.
In our restaurant we serve a 3-course dinner, with the sea right outside the window and a cozy atmosphere around the tables. We set the table with roses and let the calm of the archipelago set the tone – an evening with time to enjoy the company, the food and the moment together.

Starters
Cold smoked trout served with a cauliflower cream, smoked sour cream, sliced radish and pickled mustard seeds
Main course
Cod loin served with romanesco, ponzu butter, chard and parsnip puree
Dessert
Chocolate caramel with crumbs and white chocolate sorbet, raspberry sauce and milk chocolate cream

For those who want to start the evening with a good aperitif to order on site, oysters will also be available as an option for the evening.

Live at sea – wake up with the waves
If you want to take Valentine’s Day a little longer, you can stay overnight with us, with accommodation at our floating hotel. A quiet continuation of the evening – where you fall asleep to the movements of the sea and wake up with the water as your nearest neighbor.
The winter package includes a warming coffee on arrival, a 3-course dinner in our restaurant and overnight stay at the hotel. In the morning, breakfast awaits with a view of the sea, before it’s time to check out in peace and quiet.
It’s a great way to extend the experience and spend more time together – without having to rush.
