Oyster Weekend on Klädesholmen
On September 18–19, we invite you to an oyster weekend at Salt & Sill. Take a seat after a walk across the island, start the evening with a tasty appetizer before dinner, or just stop by to enjoy the moment—with the sea and Klädesholmen right next door.
We serve one oyster au naturel, letting the taste of the sea speak for itself, and one au gratin, with a bit more warmth and richness. It comes with a glass of well-chilled champagne.
Oyster Weekend is our way of celebrating what’s all around us—the bounty of the sea, its flavors, and the coastal culinary heritage that is an integral part of life here on Klädesholmen.
Feel free to order oysters and champagne with your dinner, or stop by on a whim whenever you’re craving something delicious from the sea.
