It’s a tradition that has shaped the archipelago for generations—and one that still brings people together at sea and around the dinner table.
At Salt & Sill, at the very tip of Klädesholmen, we’re celebrating lobster season with a menu that showcases the season’s finest ingredient. Here you can enjoy the flavors of fall with the sea right outside the window, whether you’re coming for dinner, a hotel stay, or a conference on Tjörn.
If you want to get even closer to the experience, you can head out to sea with our local fishermen. During our lobster fishing trip, you’ll get to help empty the traps and experience one of Bohuslän’s most vibrant traditions up close.
Lobster season is short, and each fall offers only a limited number of opportunities. We therefore recommend that you book well in advance.

From the end of September to mid-November, you combine inspiring meetings with good food, seaside experiences and a tasty lobster dinner in our archipelago restaurant.
