Corporate Christmas Buffet at Salt & Sill
End the year together at Salt & Sill. As winter darkness falls over Klädesholmen, we set out our Christmas buffet and welcome companies to an evening where colleagues can gather around the same table, leave work behind for a while, and bring the year to a close together.
At Klädesholmen, herring has been an integral part of our history for generations, and that tradition lives on in our Christmas buffet. Here, our house-pickled herring, ingredients from the west coast, and Christmas classics come together in a setting where there’s plenty of time for conversation, laughter, and fellowship. For those of you who want to make the evening even more special, you can combine the Christmas buffet with a conference and an overnight stay at our floating hotel.

From November 27 to December 21, we’ll be serving our classic Christmas buffet featuring our own pickled herring, fresh seafood, Christmas favorites, and homemade delicacies.

Pre-dinner drinks
Start the evening with a mulled wine reception before sitting down to the Christmas dinner. We serve classic and non-alcoholic mulled wine along with gingerbread cookies and other treats—a simple and enjoyable way to gather with colleagues before the evening gets underway.
You can choose to meet in our Sjöboden, which overlooks the harbor, or in one of our conference rooms. This will give you time to settle in, catch up, and spend some time together before gathering around the Christmas table.
Christmas Table Conference – meeting and celebration in one
In December, many companies take the opportunity to gather their colleagues for the annual Christmas celebration. Here, the workday can begin with a conference and end around our traditional Christmas buffet, with the sea and the Bohuslän archipelago as our closest neighbors.
Once the meetings are over, it’s time to put work aside and gather around the Christmas table, where herring traditions, the flavors of Christmas, and our Bohuslän culinary heritage take center stage. For those of you who want to make the most of your end-of-year celebration, you can combine a conference, a Christmas buffet, and an overnight stay at our floating hotel.

Conference room rental fees apply. All conference rooms are equipped with a large-screen display, projector, speakers, Wi-Fi, notepads, and pens.
