Restaurant Salt & Sill has, ever since the start in 1999, been known for its food with its strong focus on quality, local produce, and sea & coast. The menus are carefully composed of everything the sea has to offer, with focus on traditional dishes from the county of Bohuslän and herring, our own speciality.

For parties of more than eight we use suggested menus - to ensure we offer the best possible service even to larger groups. If you'd like to change something, or create your own menu, this is not a problem as long as everyone in the group has the same menu.
